SHIPPING
All orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail, or Flat Rate for larger orders. Items in stock will be prepared for shipping between 1-2 days, special orders between 3-5 days. Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. We are currently only shipping to the Continental U.S. , including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO locations.
RETURN POLICY
VEROCHIQ is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! Please contact us if you are unsatisfied for any reason. You may return your purchase within 15 days of the ship date, with original packaging.
If your order was delivered damaged, or you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we may resolve the issue. If items were damaged or broken (glass items) during shipment, you do not need to return the items. If your order was incorrect, items must be returned unopened or still in original wrapping. We will issue a pre-paid shipping label for the return. Please include your shipping receipt with your return. Once received, your correct purchase will be shipped. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item(s) using the carrier of their choice. Photos of damaged/broken items may be required.
If you believe that your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately so we may try to resolve the issue with the USPS. VEROCHIQ is not responsible for shipments that have been marked delivered by the USPS.
To cancel an order, please contact VEROCHIQ as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back and have processed them.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SUGAR & SALT SCRUBS?
There's no question that scrubs are a great way to exfoliate, but should you go for sugar or salt scrub? The main difference between sugar particles and salt particles is the size of the exfoliating granule. Sugar scrubs have smaller granules than salt, and are best suited for sensitive skin and is especially beneficial for the lips. Salt scrubs are generally more abrasive because of their sharper edges and therefore do a better job at smoothing out the rough skin patches on the body. Salt based body scrubs are better for their therapeutic, mineralization benefits. Most salt scrubs use sea salts – natural purifiers that remove pore-clogging toxins.
